Report a conviction/caution/fixed penalty

If you receive a conviction, caution or fixed penalty, you must let us know in writing within seven days.

The easiest way to do this is to complete our online notification form. You will receive a copy of the form by email as evidence that you have complied with your licence conditions.

You can also email the information to us at licensing@southoxon.gov.uk – ensure you keep a copy of the email. Or you can post us the information – you should send this by recorded delivery and keep the proof of posting.

If you knowingly or recklessly make a false statement, or omit any material information when making such a notification, you may be prosecuted for an offence and your licence may be revoked.

For details on how we use data relating to licence holders and applicants, please see our privacy notice on our Useful Documents page.
