Wallingford Neighbourhood Plan
The Wallingford Neighbourhood Plan was made (adopted) as part of the district council’s development plan on 20 May 2021. The Town Council has begun a review of their plan.
What’s happening now?
Wallingford Town Council has submitted a reviewed neighbourhood plan to South Oxfordshire District Council. If adopted, the reviewed plan will replace the Wallingford Neighbourhood Development Plan adopted on 20 May 2021.
The independent examination of the plan review has now concluded. Take a look at the examiner’s report.
The district council now has to consider each of the examiner’s recommendations, before making the final decision on whether the plan review should proceed to a referendum. Further information will be published in due course.
