Information for tenants

If you live in any of our temporary accommodation homes you can contact us using the information below.

To contact us about rent, anti-social behaviour or anything else related to your tenancy:

Call us on 01235 422422 and ask for ‘Housing Management’.

You can also contact via email at tenants@southandvale.gov.uk

To report a repair:

Call us on 01235 422422 and ask for ‘Housing Repairs’ to report any repairs needed (24 hours a day, seven days a week)

Please only call outside of office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm) if you have an emergency.

You can also email us at tenants@southandvale.gov.uk for less urgent issues.

From 1st April 2025 we are working with a new contractor, Oxford Direct Services (ODS), who have experience in managing social and affordable housing. ODS will be working with us to ensure that repairs and maintenance are carried out safely, quickly and appropriately.
