County Drug Lines

County Drug Lines (CDL) is the common name given to organised crime where criminal gangs exploit vulnerable children and adults to expand drug dealing and criminal activity into small towns and rural areas. Individuals are exploited, often with violence and intimidation, to support the activity by drug dealing or having their home taken over as a base (a process known as cuckooing).

Find out more about CDLs and what to look out for.

If you’re concerned about drug-related crime in your area, or that someone may be a victim of exploitation for a CDL, please contact the police on 101. If someone is in immediate danger dial 999.
