Gaming permits and gaming machine permits
If you wish to offer gaming machines for use at your premises and you do not hold a gambling premises licence, then you can apply for a permit or submit a notification as follows:
- Alcohol licensed premises – applicants have a choice of making an application for a licensed premises gaming machine permit (for 3 or more gaming machines) or submitting a notification of intention to operate one or two gaming machines
- Club gaming permit or club machine permit – application form and guidance
- Prize gaming permit – application form and guidance
- Family Entertainment Centre gaming machine permit
