Building Control Online Payments
Please be advised that essential IT system maintenance will be taking place across the council from Friday 24th May. This work is expected to last for up to one week and may affect access to some online services, including Building Control application submissions and inspection bookings.
During this period, inspection requests can still be made via email or telephone. Please contact us at building.control@southandvale.gov.uk or call 01235 422700.
However, please note that completion inspections will not be available during this time.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding while this essential maintenance is carried out to ensure the continued security and reliability of our systems.
Online Payments for applications
If you have already submitted a Building Regulation application, an online payment can be made here.
You will need your Building Regulation application number to make a payment. Please do not include /F, /B or /U as part of the reference number.
Online Payments for completion certificates and decision notices
If you would like to pay for a copy of your completion certificate and decision notice, where available, a payment can be made here.
Your Building Regulation application number will be required for copies to be obtained.
A copy of our current Scheme for the Recovery of Building Regulation Charges can be requested by contacting building control directly.
