Online Building Control Applications
Due to the recent changes to the Building Regulations we have suspended our online application process whilst we work with our IT providers to update our processes.
You can still make an application for Building Control Approval with Full Plans, a building notice or apply for a certificate of regularisation by downloading the relevant forms below.
Please complete the application form along with the checklist and notes and any supplementary information that may be necessary.

If you are submitting an application on behalf of your client and your client is paying the fee, please put in the fee break down box “contact applicant for payment” we will then send the registration letter to your client for payment.
