Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for infilling of the external wall of the garage and kitchen door to the side elevation of the property shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the materials to be used for the external dwarf walls of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the new single casement sash windows to the front elevation of the garage and side elevation of the house shall match those of the existing building in type, design and external finish.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
