Planning Permission on 29th March 2006
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The residential accommodation hereby approved shall be occupied only as steward's accommodation associated with the use of the premises as a conservative club and not as a separate residential unit. When the premises cease to be occupied by such persons, the use hereby permitted shall cease and the residential accommodation reverted to purposes ancillary to the conservative club. Reason: That permission is granted having regard to the needs of the applicant and to ensure that the proposal does not result in conditions prejudicial to highway safety in accordance with Policies G2, H11 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
