Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the ground and first floor of the garage hereby permitted shall not be used other than for the purposes of garaging, storage space, workshop or gym, incidental to the use of Pinecroft, and shall not be used as habitable accommodation or for any business purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and protect neighbour's amenity in line with Policies G1 and H6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no further openings shall be constructed in the walls or roof of the garage hereby approved.
Reason: To preotect neighbour amenity in accordance with Policies G1 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the materials to be used for the doors and windows of the conservatory and rear extension shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the materials to be used for the brick plinth of the conservatory, rear extension and plinth of the garage building shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the main house.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the materials to be used for the roof of the garage building shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the main house.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the timber garage walls shall be dark stained prior to the first use of the building and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
