That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That details of new railings and gate to frontage and rear entrance shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences. That samples of the materials to be used for the roof and walls of the rear extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
